DOMO SUPPORTS CHARITY EVENT FOR CHILDREN: HEARTKICK 09

On 29 and 30 August Heartkick 09 was organised in Gelsenkirchen. This annual festival of the society HeartKick raises money for disadvantaged and terminally ill children. Domo decided together with UEFA Pro-Coach Dieter Tartemann and Soccer XP on sponsoring this event to give these children the extra support they need..

Both days were packed with events on the stage and on the football pitch. On the Josef-Büscher-Platz a soccer arena of 30 x 16 m, approved by FIFA for international matches, was installed with Domo Sports Grass. Also a Soccer Cage ( two against two ) was created with Domo grass.

Celebrity Trainer-Eleven is the winner of the Heart Kick 2009. The team of team managers and coaches Wilkinghof Ludger Bernard Dietz secured because of the better goal difference (goals 30:11, 7 points) The Heart Kick-cup. Großen Anteil am Erfolg hatte Ingo Anderbrügge. Large share of the success had Ingo Anderbrügge. Der Eurofighter, der 1997 mit dem FC Schalke 04 den UEFA-Cup gewann, erzielte insgesamt 17 Treffer. Punktgleich (18:9 Tore, 7 Punkte) auf dem zweiten Platz beendeten die Alten Herren des Gelsenkirchener Fußballvereins YEG Hassel das Turnier.
