DOMO sand-filled artificial grass pitches have an open structure, combined with a longer pile, and less fibre density. This ensures an even spread of the sand infill, leaving appr. 4 mm of the fibres visible. The fibrillated fibres remain nicely upright, as is the case with natural grass, whilst benefiting from increased pitch stability. Sand-filled pitches produce smooth and even ball roll.

 

DOMO sand-dressed artificial grass pitches have a high fibre density. They are produced from fibrillated fibres, which have undergone micro-crimping. The result is a dynamic pitch with perfect ball roll, easy on muscles and joints, but at the same time perfect to get a good footing and control the ball. The typicel “honeycomb” structure keeps the sand in the right place, and the fibres remain upright. The ball rolls on the fibre and not on the sand, to provide smooth and fast play with suppleness and comfort, in all weather conditions.

 

DOMO sand- and rubber-filled artificial grass pitches are produced of fibrillated fibres, monofilament fibres or a combination of intertwined fibrillated and monofilament fibres in one tuft. Combined with the right sand and rubber infill, they are slip-resistant and shock absorbing, and allow excellent rotational freedom. Good ball roll and rebound, combined with a firm grip permits optimal use of the players’ technical skills, which is ideal for soccer and rugby.

 

DOMO full synthetic artificial grass pitches are composed of densely tufted fibrillated fibres with micro-crimping, giving the pitch a dynamic feel while the curled yarn allows smooth ball roll. Fibrillated fibres easily cope with intensive use, but keep their flexible characteristics, whatever the weather conditions. Because full synthetic fields cannot be stabilised with sand, the primary backing is reinforced with a glass fibre and equipped with a heavy latex coating.
